To get a photo where you can see detail, you must have the subject in light. Cameras these days will only focus on the lightest part of the subject. Anything in shadow we will not be able to see any detail.

Fowl smelling diarrhea is often associated with egg binding. The blood coming from her vent may indicate an egg has broken inside her. If she continues to bleed, she will probably die. A vet should see her if you possible can find one.

We cannot do an examination of your hen out here in the internet, so we can't tell you what's wrong. But in case this is egg binding, and it's not too late, give her a calcium tablet directly into her beak on the chance that it can help her push out the egg.

Are you able to either have someone else hold her, or wrap her in an old towel or similar, so you can take a couple of well-lit photos with the feathers held back to give a clear view of the vent? Ideally one photo of her whole backside, to give context as to what we're looking at; and another photo showing just a close-up of the vent and tissue surrounding it, taken immediately before or after, without changing the camera angle.

I agree with giving calcium. At the very least it won't harm her and it could help if she is eggbound.
