Greetings, I am looking to upscale my farm business by getting a cabinet incubator unit. I have been offers a GQF 1202 and 1502 combo units for $800. Is this a good price and are these solid units worth getting?

Sorry,I have no experience with large incubators but your post title I assume is supposed to contain the word Hatcher not hatchet, sometimes auto correct cracks me up (when I don’t want to blow it up), but you might need a hatchet for all those extra roosters you’ll hatch in your large incubator! My favorite is still the hawk detergent (instead of deterrent).

OMG yessssssss! go for it! I'm guessing you mean $800 for both? if so, that's two units for the price of one, and I'm pretty sure @The Moonshiner uses one of those.

Price wise it's a good deal if you think it's a good deal not if I do. Yeah $800 for both is like half price of new. But it still $800 so more depends on whether you got $800 disposable cash or you make enough money on checks to make it a good investment.
I haven't used Sportsman's in a long time. I always loved mine and found they were good reliable incubators. There's kind of a give and take with them. I never got as good a hatch rate as with smaller incubators because size makes it more difficult for constant even temperature throughout. When I ran mine volume made up for little less hatch rates.
Using one for a Hatcher is a little bit of Overkill since they're designed to match one Hatcher with three incubators.
Nothing wrong with just having one and one and it sure beats hatching and incubating in the same unit.
Also then if you want to expand later you just have to pick up another incubator or two.
I guess it all depends on your financial situation and if you feel it's money well spent and a good investment for return. Sportsman's are an old tried and true design that hasn't changed much in decades besides upgraded Electronics. I see that as why fix something that isn't broken.
