What areas do chickens hate to be touched , and do they have sensitive areas ?

I also agree with @DobieLover. Some chickens can be handled if they are socialized when they are young, but some still won't. As prey animals in a world where nearly everything wants to kill and/or eat them, chickens tend to avoid a lot of touching.

All of mine will, however, eat from my hand if I'm holding tasty, juicy grapes. For some of them, that's all the closer they want to be.

Anytime you come at them from above you really scare them. It's best to get down at their level and just let them come to you. If you're still they're eventually going to climb on you.

tasty, juicy grapes

Even shriveled up dried out grapes, aka raisins, work just as well. They are my go to treat for hand feeding in the mornings.
