I have eggs in a hovabator and I was just wondering about a note that was on the operating instructions. I read on the sheet that about 1/2 way through an incubation the temp will rise (due to the heat of the embryos in the eggs) and I will have to lower the temp almost one whole turn on the nozzle. Ive never heard of this on here before. Is it true? Or is it a slight difference or...? I'm confused. Help!

I did have to take mine down almost a turn when I had the bator completely full. Usually not until the last 3 days however once they start hatching you really have to watch I have 100% hatch so there was a lot of body heat in there. For me I would rather have it a degree to low then a degree to high. Good luck.
