Apparently I am not the only one who thought what the person above posted - another posting appeared this morning reiterating the same thing and saying the property is a mess.

Sometimes you just gotta listen to your sixth sense. My little chickens deserve so much better. To think I was going to let go of some of my girls I hatched and raised ... i-yi-yi!
