Absolutely disgraceful. If he chose to take this class, he should take the responsibility that comes with it. It's not just, "Hey look! A wittle chicken! *pets the chicken* Whoops, gotta go. No time to water. You have plenty! Byebye!"
Horrible. Do not blame yourself, and although it might have been the other person's fault, just make sure they realize that what they did took a young roos life. But make sure they understand not to do it again, and everything will be okie dokie.
