I think they take they're prey back to camp, put it on the dead body pile and then the leader thingy hands out the prey in the order they're supposed to get it.

Morgana eats first, And if anyone dare's touch a scrap of meat until she has had her fill.....Bye bye.
Same goes for Morgause or any Second Flight.
Head Defender and Guardian's eat third, then the rest of the Defenders and Guardians, Hens, Chicks, Elders and then Omegera's, If the Omegera's are lucky enough to eat.

But in GoldenStar, A owl may eat when ever he/she wishes, provided the Hens, chicks and Elder's are fed first.
