A sick turkey

I have a sick turkey that

doesn't want to eat or drink and it's legs are stiff so I gave her vitamins and electrolytes plus probiotics and she just sits and can't stand or walk. How can I help her?

How old is she? Is she a broad-breasted?

She is like 18 weeks old and broad breasted bronze turkey but she is the smallest out of all our turkeys
