Probably not exactly what you were looking for, but a barnyard critter playing piano none the less.

I taught my horse to play a piano, honk a horn, bowl (yes, as in knock over bowling pins) and dunk a little nerf basketball into a little net using clicker training, give kisses and all sorts of other little tricks. and plan on doing the same with one of our chickies using the same method. I don't see why it wouldn't work with a chicken as well.
Here he is several years ago, just learning to bowl (so started with only a few pins). He now has his own "real" set from the bowling alley.
