A simple question about roosting at night.

I would like to know your opinion on this please.
First timer with chickens. I have 15 chickens, 3 adults and 12 pullets(14 weeks old). The 12 youngsters do not go into the coop at night. They prefer to hop on a temporary shelter I made outta plywood. and spend the night. This morning I removed that, it was never intended to be permanent. Is it just a matter of time before they will head in there at night? Is there anything I can do to encourage them? I have seen several of them up on the ramp exploring so they are aware of the deluxe accommodations.

Any input is appreciated.

Oh, this is their setup I recently built.

Hello & welcome!

You may have to physically 'put them to bed' at night for the few nights, especially if you don't want predators to get them! Some will get the hang of it quicker than others.
