That's the Preen Gland - looks like a peck injury on top of that.

Sorry, should have offered next step.

Examine her closely, make sure no mites/lice. Clean the wound - I would use hydrogen peroxide ( beta dyne and alcohol hurt) - or just water with a little soap - Pat dry and spray with a liquid bandage - Bluekote or whatever you have on hand. Repeating and examining daily. And keep a close watch to make sure it doesn't form an abscess or worsen.

Not sure what that is...does it seem to be a wound? It looks like the Uropygial gland, located in the same area, which produces oils for preening.
