A sucessful Tiger Worm breeder hehe

monarc23 you sound just like my dd! When she was a toddler she would put all kinds of bugs in her pockets, rolly pollys, slugs, earth worms, you name it (I was never pleased to say the least lol). One time I put salt on a slug thinking she would think it was cool, she cried and said I was killing it, I had to pick the slimey yuck up and wash it off! As she got older she would sit and disect them and draw them out and label the parts (yuck!) She is now in college to be a scientific illustrator. She still loves bugs and I still do not

Really nice photos and description, monarc23. I agree, red wiggler compost worms are really neat critters. I've been keeping them for about 5 years now, and sell a few as a hobby side business.

I would actually like to farm worms for profit/chicken feeding.

My brother once got this big foam worm farm before when he was a child...I geuss you could call that farming.

May I ask how its done?
Do you just get your worms from a bait store, then breed them?

You might be able to find them in an old compost or manure heap. Otherwise, there are many, many places to buy them online. I don't currently sell online, but I may within the next few days.
