Yes! I see a yoke every time I crack an egg! Except a couple of incidences: Once, we had a hen whom I named Hummingbird, for she never had yoked eggs, just tiny, yokeless eggs. And when I candled the turkey eggs we were incubating last year, I didn't need to crack them! Of course, when they didn't hatch, we gave them to our dog, who thouroughly enjoyed them. The reason I think they didn't hatch was the hen. With turkeys, infertility is usually the hen's fault.
