I would like to take this time to say Thank you, to all the people here on BYC, for there knowledge and interest in responding to questions, and giving advice when needed.
I took all the advise from everyone you said ventilation is very important, when I first started my coop and posted pictures of it, I did not have any where near enough ventilation. I thought the coop should be air tight to keep the chickens warm. well I took everyone's advise and put in a whole lot more ventilation, and I even leave one of the windows under the covered run open about 6 ".
I clean off the poop hammock every morning, when I go out to check the water/feed and open the pop door. and I cannot smell any ammonia in the coop and I have not noticed any frost bite ( knock on wood ). so far so good.
So to everyone on this forum......... THANK YOU
