A Thread For Questions & Tips On Basic Chick Care

Here are some of my suggestions.
  • Don't give brand new chicks food for an hour after they are in their new "container".
  • Using a heat lamp, at 0 weeks old, keep chick housing at 95 degrees (F), and lower temperature 5 degrees each week thereafter.
Hopefully others will have more information!
