I've been lurking around the forums for years, and now that I finally got my chicks I made an account so I can share!
Here's a little video I shot of my day old blue orpington, barnevelder, and speckled sussex chicks "doing ballet" (aka wearing cupcake paper liners and pooping to classical music). So stinking cute. (For the record, I only had them out from under the heat lamp for 5 minutes or so to shoot the footage.)
Now they're two weeks old and as adorable as ever. I brought them out back to see their coop for the first time, and they all clung to my hand afraid to stand on the ground at first. These are my first chickens, and they have so much more personality than I thought they would!
