If she has fowl pox then there is really nothing much you can do other than let it run it's course, which will take several weeks. It's best not to disturb the scabs, as the virus can be spread that way. The initial infection is usually caused by mosquitos. The dry form usually runs it's course with no real issues, if it is the wet form it can be more of a problem. Some will gently dab a bit of iodine on the scabs that are worst. Mostly watch for secondary infection in the eyes if there are any lesions close to the eye. Antibiotics will not help as it's a virus, but if there is any secondary bacterial infection to the eye then an antibiotic ointment like terramycin can be used there.
