Two of my Welsh Harlequin eggs showed pips on the same day. Apparently it was love at first sight. The next time I looked, the two had gotten out of their eggs, found one another, and fallen asleep with their heads on one another's shoulder:
From the color of their bills, I think they are a male and a female. Here are the two cuties all dried out and in the brooder:
The cute thing is, they still sleep with their heads on each others' shoulders. I think it is love. They are not going to be happy to find out they may be half brother and sister!
