A whole lotta eggs

My girls have just started laying and I want to wait to sell until they are a little bigger eggs. I need a pickled egg recipe that does not start with a jar of juice from store bought pickles. Also would love any recipes that use large quantities of eggs. My girls give really tasty eggs. I am so proud of them.

Oh yes, I got a recipe for quiche and it froze really well so I baked a few at a time and went through as many eggs as I could so we're set for the winter when the chickens slow on the laying.
