All comments good and on point. I am in Tennessee and have made no provisions for heat. It is colder here in winter than it is there.

Oh, this is good to hear. We just finished our modified Garden Coop (we live in Alameda) and did not put the interior panels in the coop as we plan to just use cardboard panels for insulation. I was worried that the chickens would freeze to death (not that it gets anywhere close to freezing here, LOL) but it sounds like they will do just fine?
