Sorry to hear of your losses. It's really heartbreaking and hurts for quite a while to lose feathered friends. Like they tell people who've just lost a person, don't make any rash decisions. You're not thinking clearly right now. Too much pain (anger, hurt, frustration, etc) for it to be clear. The very best thing to do is to love on the ones you have left. And please post some pics of the ones you've lost and tell us nice fun stories about them. That way you focus on the nice memories of them.

I'm sure they were neat tall skinny ducks.

I still miss my wood ducks that got eaten by a fox and the other 2 that got out. I did see one of them. I only had them for a couple weeks and it still hurts, a month later.
