AAAACCCKKKKK Stop the madness!! LOL

I had hoped my house guest would have been able to do that for me, because I CAN'T take a picture of my flock. I need to take several pictures, because the flock gathers around me and I'd never get 'em all in one shot. However, my friend is medically retired and on medical disability with a condition which WILL kill her someday (scleroderma); she needs oxygen if we walk anywhere, tires very easily. The weather SUCKED the whole time she was here, so no real chance to do a photo shoot. I thought it might be nice to have a photo of me surrounded by most of my flock.

So. Fooey. But this coming weekend the sun is supposed to actually shine on us, and I'll try to get LOTS of photos.

Oh, so not necessary, thank you.

However, I don't have any silkies and I don't have any polish and I don't have any turkens and I don't want to get any of those.

I think I am actually particular about what I want in my flock, but that list keeps getting longer. I remember when I wasn't interested in bantam breeds. HA!

If you look at the coop designs link at the top of the page, there is a whole section for incubators which will give you lots of ideas. An old fridge can certainly be used! For mine I used an Omaha Steaks cooler, light bulb for the heat source, computer fan and a thermostat I already had from keeping reptiles years ago.

Oh, my! The madness continues...
