Aaaarrrgghhhhh Humidity!!!!!

Can anyone comment on how the the incubator itself affects the humidity inside of it. In other words; according to the "weather station" sitting on my desk right now the humidity is 79 % outside and 50 % inside the house. I assume that if the incubator were running without any water in it, the humidity in there would be less than the house humidity.

I did a search and found they link on putting a hygrometer under a broody. The readings were 87.8 degrees and humidity was 33%. The problem is it was only left under the hen for 5-10 minutes so it didn't have time to even reach the hens body temp of 102-103 degrees, so the humidity couldn't be an accurate reading as well.

So
if anyone has a broody hen and would like to take it upon themselves to conduct another try. I would love to hear from you.
