Abandoned Banty Rooster - what breed is it?

So someone dumped a couple of roosters at our farm last year. I guess they thought, "hey, big red barn, good place for the roosters we don't want" Anyway, foxes or something got one pretty quick but this guy is still here and really pretty sweet and timid.

Anyone have an idea what breed he might be? I think he's gorgeous but we are downsizing our flock and need to rehome him. One rooster is enough to listen to in the am.'

He's a Black Breasted Red American Game Bantam (mouthful for a little bird!) They tend to have more tail than their English counterparts.
