He's gorgeous. Probably an EE cross. It's unfortunate that his comb hinders his vision, but he seems to be getting on okay despite that.

I have had 2 diff times people dumped roosters on me. Both times I already had roosters I liked. One rooster I took turns when the rooster could be let out so they would not fight. I found a home for both.
