Abandoned duck egg please help???

I was walking around a pond today and there was a bunch of ducks out and I went on to a dock and looked over and there was an egg! It wasn't cracked and didn't smell rotten so I took it home and put a flashlight under it and the air sack looks fine. But I didn't see any veins. Also there's like this smallish blob that seems to stay in the middle of the egg unless I put it up right and it floats up to the top. It almost looks like it would be a shape of a duck but I watched a lot of videos and pictures and I couldn't find anything. I built my own incubator and I keep checking on it daily but I'm worried the duckling already died. I don't want to get rid of it unless there's a chance it's still alive! Please help

My son has incubated many duck eggs. We had one born yesterday as a matter of fact. Dont give up on the egg. Keep it under heat lamp and turn daily. Duck incubation is longer than chickens so just give it time.
