I think she has a piece of romaine lettuce stuck in her craw. Help!

tried massaging, & couple drops of olive oil. Wheeze is quieter now and she’s walking at eating but I can tell she’s stressed.

Sometimes my hen has struggle swallowing something. Myself or another chicken can usually pull it out before it gets worse
