Abcess or bullying?

I've just hatched my first batch of chicks. This little one was the last to hatch and was initially pecked by the others. However I dealt with that and they seemed to have been getting on fine for the last few days. They're now five days old and tonight I noticed this bald patch. It's on her side, just above her wing.

I can't make out whether she's been pecked again or whether it's an abscess. It's a bit raised and quite hard.
