Abnormal Egg Pattern

Hi everyone!

One of our adult hens Moo (a silver-laced wyandotte) has been laying abnormal eggs. We have been getting very large eggs from her, with a large yolk, and with soft shells. Then today the egg was small, soft-shelled, without a yolk. Our other hens have been laying normal (but small) eggs with hard shells. Any ideas what the problem might be? Hope she is not sick

She’s probably over a year; she was an adult hen when we got her. She’s been acting normal except when she eats, she seems to gasp and have difficulty swallowing.

If she's got something going on it may affect her egg production.
