Abnormal Poop? Do I have a sick Hen? HELP!

This is Ci-Ci. Ci-Ci is about 17 weeks old and a sweet Hen. She has not been her normal self....She has been lethargic and closing her eyes A LOT. We are worried about her. Something isn't right. We wormed her about 2 weeks ago. It is getting pretty hot here in Texas...but the others are fine and it isn't that hot. She is drinking water and seems to be eating. Today I got an electrolyte to add to the water, we are also doing Sulmet as of a few days ago in the water and today I also bought Chicken-RX that is a homeopathic natural remedy thinking 1 of those things will help her. Any thoughts? And below is a photo of her poop. Looks pretty gross. Is that normal? Someone tell us what to do. We did have a rooster we had to find a home for about a week ago. Not really sure who is in charge now....not many in our flock seem aggressive. Maybe she is stressed? But I don't think that is it. She just seems SO tired and sick. I am worried about her.

Is all of her droppings like this? Its better then having it shoot out of her and being clear liquid. I would keep doing the antibiotics. Has she laid an egg yet?

No eggs yet. Isn't that about 20 wks old? That's about 3 weeks away.

Warrprincess688, is it worse if it is a clear liquid? One of my Sussex has a clear liquid with some bm mixed in. If it is the one I think it is, she is eating and acting fine. I haven't change their feed and I try to change their water every day. I put the ACV in the water.

This is one of the symptoms of Coccidiosis. Coccidiosis is a parasitic infection of the intestinal tract of animals caused by bacteria. The infection can be spread from one animal to another by contact with infected feces. Diarrhea, which may become bloody in some cases, is the primary symptom. It can be fatal or leave the bird with compromised digestion. There are chick feed mixes that contain a Coccidiostat to manage exposure levels.Ii do not recommend using this. the food mix just takes care of 2 types of this infection. I suggest using Corid. Corid fights against all types of it, but works better than the feed mix. You mix a certain amount into their water over a period of five days then, you go from there. If this still persists take it to the vet as soon as possible. Other symptoms of Coccidiosis are:
- Look dirty and unkempt
- Weak and listless
- Fluffed up not doing much
- May see pale comb and skin
- May be sick one day and drop dead the next day
- Not eating and drinking much
- Blood in poop (Some types of Coccidiosis don't have bloody poop as a symptom, but do not get this confused with intestinal lining that chickens do shed that is brown/red)
- Severe infection that causes yellow foamy poop
