What is his age, weight and posture?

Hes around 7 to 8 months and hes around 2 kgs but i believe hes losing weight cuz hes not eating. He is perching but lazy on ground. I will start tube feeding him tomorrow. I dont think i can get kaytee bird food but i have cerelac which is for human babys but i have raised pigeons with it. I need to know the amounts too. I will try to take him to a vet but vets here are not helpful. I will try to find tylan. I am giving him doxycycline hyclate.
