About 3 Weeks Old Buff Orpingtons- different color is Roo?

I got these at tractor supply along with other chicks. These were supposed to be two buff orpingtons, however, I have noticed the one is getting darker wing feathers with some other dark feathers throughout. Also, the tail seems to be shorter, so is that one a roo?

Chick feed….I think just the Dumor brand from TC.

They may have been a week old when I got them…..so close to four weeks old now.

I think the first pick looks like my RIR "boy". Everyone is agreeing it's too early to sex though.
