about gape worm,s

Avitrol plus it,s a liquid i bought 1 gallon of it; ive had lots of birds and got gape worms. so i come up with the best method of kill gape worm,s and there egg,s take a small seringe put a 5 inch hose on it round off the hose on one end 5 inch,s long use only a small amount the size of your small finger up to the first knukell of avitrol make sure the hose is down the throut far enough so it only goes into the crop. over night that bird will be curd and running around but your pen needs to be burned with a blow torch just cook the floor in order to kill them egg,s after that when it cool,s down i watered it some to make it absorbe liquid. then i sprayed pure bleach heavely to kill anything in the dirt. that works but may need to be repeted

Gapeworms are located in the trachea (windpipe.) Wormers must be absorbed into the bloodstream in order to be effective against gapeworms.
