i have 3 silkie chickens about 13 weeks old who are out in their coop and run now. my question is this, i finally finished their run and let them out into it this week. i set them out in the run and one just sat and shook the other 2 walked around fine. so after a while i set the one that was shaking back in the coop, and she /he hasn't come out on its own yet. of the other 2 just the rooster comes out and in during the day the other 2 don't come out unless you set them out. the one that was shaking the first day will at least walk around now but wont come in or out on its own. is this normal? is it cause their heads are so fluffy and they are having trouble seeing? or will it just take more time?
the ramp isn't too steep or narrow is it?
here is a pic of the birds and coop, any suggestions?
here is the 2 that wont go in or out
and here's the rooster (only know that cause he started crowing at about 6 weeks)
