? about sportsman incubator

when hatching my humidity rund 65-71 % when i take the hatching try out theres always alot of water under it from condinsation ....is this normal? im worried it will worp the wood in the bottom of them incubator neone no if this wood is safe against the water or not?

this is not normal.

i would suspect, that with prolonged exposure to moisture, with the cheap build quality of the sportsman, you might be susceptible to the ply swelling.
is your fan working properly? because with a temperature of 99 - 100 all that water should evaporate and be circulated in the incubator. make sure your vent plugs are not blocked and allow at least 12 inches of space around the incubator for proper air circulation and ventilation.

also make sure there isn't a leak somewhere as i find that condensation is unusual. is your outdoor temp. much colder than the inside?
 
em, I make my bator using only 6 mm triplex and so far so good, oh, you have to paint it first to make it more strong against hot or humidity. just use white color to make your bator always reflecting the heat, cause you don;t want your triplex got "wrap" or "leak".
