It sounds like you offer a lot of treats. Free ranging, they get plenty of worms and bugs, as well as grit. The ground typically has the grit they need.
The birds can peck at the Fat Ball, and it will last longer. It’s what some use to keep boredom at bay in bad weather.
Should I hold back a bit on the wild bird food? Do you think I am giving them too much?
I will give them the ball or half of one now rather than crumbling them up.

⬆️This is their main diet (as well as the free range foraging). It is what I put in the feeders and little troughs.

⬆️I alternate days throwing a big scoop of these out then a big scoop of these ⬇️.

It seems to go down well and whatever the chickens don't eat the birds do so I never have leftovers laying around for long.

⬆️I occasionally crumble one or two of these up and sprinkle it around too.

⬆️I have a couple of grit stations as well, these are mixed oystershell grit and flint grit.

⬆️Once a fortnight I put this in their water stations, just in case I'm missing something from their diets.

Is there anything you would do differently, less or more?
Any feedback is always appreciated.
I never saw "fat balls" here in the US. I did put frozen fat from some home grown pigs up in the run, it was free. I froze the fat with string wrapped around it in about 1 pound chunks. Then, about once a week I hung it up in the run, and watched the fun. They had to reach up a little to get it, and it was frozen, but it did not last long! The feed from the store does not have much fat in it, because they do not want it to go rancid before we buy it. They crave fat.
