About to start first forced air DIY incubator tonight! Temp? Humidity?

I finally made a forced air incubator after two lousy attempts with a still air...

Hopefully the PC fan and thermostat make a difference... Also, we're leaning the eggs side to side in egg crates then pointy side down during lock down.

What is the correct BYC agreed temp and humidity for a forced air unit. Air temp, not water toy temp.

My air tempt usually fluctuates between 97-99, that gives the egg tempt around 99.3. I use the el cheapo Walmart thermometer, so it may not be the most accurate tempt. I keep the humidity at 30-40's during days 1-18, 60's the rest of incubation. Hope that helps.
