I don't have a still air incubator so can't help there.

But have you calibrated the thermometer/hygrometers that you put in there? if not then that is probably why you are getting different readings is becaue they aren't reading the correct temps/humidity either. So I would start there.

I have no clue how to calibrate them though.

Still air incubators tend to be warmer near the heater and cooler on the edges. I have read a recommendation of setting a still air incubator at 102 degrees. LG have a place to plug in a fan they sell that can be added inside. Maybe another type of fan could be added inside. The higher humidity could be affecting your hatch rate, but I would also look into hot and or cold spots in the incubator.
My husband said the same thing about the warm and cool spots. Not sure how to correct it other than buying a different incubator.

This is for a different thermometer/hygrometer but will work for any that can't get wet. (this si copied from what I sent to someone else)

I put mine in a baggie and got all the air out and sealed it (I kept the sealed part of the baggie out of the water/ice just in case).
Think this is the post I found:. They did a vacuum seal bag.
Crushed ice and water method I calibrated dead on at 32 F
It will have to cold soak to get accurate numbers. I let it soak for 30 minutes then changed ice and water. Stirred every few minutes until the temp line on the app flat lined. That was my base line. Both Govee units were within .1 F
