about two mos old

Red is a really pretty, glossy roo, but he sure looks silly when he stands up tall... his neck is VERY long.
Goofy Foot, the Hamp, has discovered he is a boy... but is now trying to mount the Guinea Fowl that run with him everywhere.
Have any of you ever had episodes of cross specie LOOOVE????

I haven't, but I know it can happen, sometimes with interesting results. Here is a story on BYC about a chicken/guinea crossbred: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/263053/miracle-hello-guinea-chicken-crossbreed/840

None of my chickens have done something like this. I do know that some birds do, however. Often, unruly young cockerels are a bit overexuberant about breeding, and will jump on anything that moves. I've even heard that some roosters try to mount cats and other non-birds!
