About what day will I need to have to lockdown this button quail? (Begun developing it's eyes and moving every time I candle it)

That one does look like its significantly more developed than three days. Since I was guessing about day 7, I would put it in lockdown in another week. Luckily, lockdown is pretty flexible, so a day or three early isn't going to do significant harm.

So then Monday was your first full day.That means you have another 11-12 days before lockdown.

I am still unsure because the eggs were a day old when shipped for 4 days. Development was only visible after about 34 hours under a heat lamp until the incubator arrived.

Eggs don’t start developing until they are put in an incubator,or warmed in some other way.So you put it under a heat lamp before it was put into the incubator?That explains why @Nabiki thought it was further along.What temperature was it under the heat lamp?

I wouldn’t do that again.Eggs need to stay at 55-66 degrees Fahrenheit before the incubation process begins.
