Update, she recovered. We had to drain the would, clean her, put her on a small amount of antibiotics, seperated her for a few weeks and regularly cleaned the wound.

I am so glad to hear this! I just discovered a wound on my hen caused by who knows what and it was hard like yours. I’m hoping Veterycin, triple antibiotics and amoxicillin helps her. ( I also hope I don’t have to drain it because I’ve seen a lot of people saying it needs to be drained. I don’t see any pus either. It’s just hard and scabbed up in the middle like yours.
