I forgot to mention that I live in Mexico right now. I'm not sure if the breeds are different or what. My guess is that all of my chickens are "mutts" or mixes of sorts. I hope to upload some photos so that perhaps some more trained eyes can help me identify some of the birds.

I didn't start out knowing what I know now, so the first three batches of chicks have no "breed guidance" whatsoever. Is it a bad idea to have a flock full of "mutts?"
