Send me a pic with his legs dangling down, this way I can compare the two..

are you able to maneuver the foot so it is completely flat? This is not even addressing the leg problem, just the foot :)

yes, I can maneuver the foot flat. (He needs a new foot bandage. This one is not on right anymore.) Big problem is that I cannot extend the leg though. It is like his joint is backwards or sideways. It looks dislocated.

I can see it's twisted to the one side, could be a joint issue but also could be a deformaty. Can you get the entire leg to go straight?? I wouldn't worry to much about the foot itself, it's the entire leg. Somehow perhaps using to Popsicle sticking one on each side to help keep that leg straight, doesn't matter if it bends just yet, need to get it straight so that the joint can heal correctly. But if it's a deformaty it probably won't help. Have you tried to put him in a jump chair?

Can he drag that leg behind him? I'm thinking if he can do that then you can straighten..

Is the leg larger then the other one, I think I see lots of swelling. Pics are hard to make out..

The right leg has never been able to be straightened out. He does not drag it behind him. He never straightens it and when I try to he cheeps with distress.
I don't think there is any swelling, the joint just doesn't look right. I'm sorry the pics aren't great. He moves quickly despite the leg

I saved a picture of a jump chair. I could try that.
Thank you so much for giving so much of your time to try to help me and this little guy!

Hum if he's not even trying and your not able to get it straight, he may need a vet to X-ray it and maybe pop it in place, I know that's an expensive way to go but with it twisted like that it may just keep twisting. I had a chicken with similar issues, I tried everything but the leg just kept twisting and twisting as she got older finally the leg twisted so much her foot was facing upwards. So she had one normal foot and one right above her wing, she adventurally died of course, never really did find out what caused it.

Try giving him a warm bath perhaps you can get the muscle to relax enough to get it straight and then vet wrap the heck out of it until it heals properly.. Make sure he's getting his vitamin b...

It may be slipped tendon. Hard to fix unless you get it at an early stage does it seem to be getting worst each day or week or just about the same??

@Lacrystol
it actually appears to be getting a little better every day. I have been stretching it many times every day. I will look into whether there is a vet near me who could help me. I will also try the warm bath and see if that increases how far I can stretch the leg. If it does then I will wrap it and try again the next day. Thanks again. You're such a help!
