Y'all 🤦‍♀️ Tell me I did not mess up too bad! Long story short, I took some of the eggs from under my guinea hen and put them in the incubator if you want to know why I can go into that but to keep things short and simple I started rotating my eggs again because I thought my timing was off because I didn't know when she first started sitting on them so I went and rotated them just now and as I roll one over it is pipped!! How bad did I just mess up?

You didn't mess up. Put the pipped egg back under the guinea and let her do her job. Hens are 1000% better than any incubator.
While I totally agree with you The reason that I am keeping some in the incubator and then in a brooder is to limit any loss that I might have. She did not make her nest in an area where I can control the environment a lot and it's in some very thick brush I'm afraid the first time she takes them out they're going to get wet from dew and I have a ton of aerial predators. My concern was messing up the keets position once it had started pipping
