Account keeps logging out

On Chrome (i dont know what version), I have a setting that lets you clear cookies when you close the window. i have this setting off right now, and it has not logged me out before.

I never have this problem on laptop.

HOWEVER

When I use my phone it has ALWAYS happened, not a new thing for me.

• Device: IPhone 6S
• Browser & version: I used to use the BYC app, it's extremely glitchy and almost unusable. I then switched to google chrome on my phone, a lot more usable but I still get constantly logged out.
• When it started, if it's all the time, just once in a while, etc.: It's happened ever since I joined BYC.
• If you've had the same problem on a different browser: Never tried on another browser, however it also happened when using the app.
• any other info that might help us duplicate the problem: I have no clue why it happens so unfortunately I have nothing.

Idk if this will help someone else, but I haven't been logged out again since clearing my cache.
(I'm using an android, Samsung Galaxy Note)
Go to settings
Click apps
Click on BYC
Click storage
Click clear cache

Had to log in this morning, can't remember the last time I had to do that...years.
Win7 laptop with chrome.

We've been looking into this but haven't found anything that would be causing peeps to not remain logged-in (assuming their browser and account settings are all correctly configured).

If we can find similarities to when / who / what specifically is going on, we might be able to duplicate it and find a solution.

Any members having this issue please post details like:

• Device
• Browser & version
• When it started, if it's all the time, just once in a while, etc.
• If you've had the same problem on a different browser
• any other info that might help us duplicate the problem

I havent had the issue since yesterday when it happened twice. Im on Android and using chrome

I'm OK on my laptop, but I just got a new IPhone SE 2020 and it was fine yesterday, this morning I'm logged out. And of course I'll have to redo my password. Maybe an IPhone thing?

I was logged out today too.

Just this one time.

My phone upgraded on Monday, but I wasn’t logged out until today. I hope this helps.

Not an iPhone thing. When I got bounced it was from my Mac laptop (OS 10.15.7) browsing with Safari. I don't BYC on my phone.
