LOL! That’s quite a step up from a custom coop someone built me, which ended up costing $1800 and came complete with guaranteed leaky roof and generous floor access for varmints!View attachment 2423667

This red barn chicken coop with rooftop planter is unique in design and functionality, comes with two nesting boxes and four roosting bars that are too low to be used. Thisspacioustiny coop, which can comfortably hold6-81-2 hens, provides an unsafe and not very secure habitat to raise chickens, giving you access to fresh eggs, and the ability to grow your own herbs or flowers in the rooftop planter boxes that will let water drip through into the run. The house and run are two separate elements, which can easily be attached or separated with a latch. Made of flimsy, soft, weak kiln dried wood, which has been treated with an oil based stain. Perfect for the family hobby farm or green-living enthusiast in a suburban area that wants to make their chickens' lives miserable. Cheap hardware and easy-to-follow assembly instructions included.
We got a custom coop done as well, and ours turned out great. I've noticed these prefab coop descriptions are a bit...embellished, wouldn't you think? Some folks in another thread (I'm looking at you, @TreeHugger and @Chickie friend ) seemed to like it when I fixed up the descriptions a bit.LOL! I totally agree!!!Black_cat, I'm not sure whether you have a future in writing product descriptions or stand up comedy. Well done!
