We have 20 new chicks my husband brought home from our local TSC. The kids were playing with them and one child got chicken poo on his leg. They washed is leg off, but his parents won't let him play with the chicks anymore because they think there may be acid in the poo. He got a red spot on his leg. Is that possible or a concern?
