Hmm. Foot looks good to me, too. Wyorp rock might have some ideas, she has a lot more experience than I do.

I wonder if she just hurt herself jumping down from the roost or something like that. Any swelling anywhere?

Could be a sprain, I'd see if the motrin helps.
