Acting weak, gurgling.

I just went outside to give the chickens corn, but Mini didn't come eat any. I looked for him and found him standing all hunched up, which is VERY abnormal for him, so I picked him up. His crop is completely empty, but he wont eat anything. He is acting super weak, and he is gurgling when he breathes. He's sleeping in my lap now, he cant even hold his head up. His comb is a bit purple looking, and he had some slightly hardened yellowish discharge on his nares. I apologize if I forgot anything, I'm kinda freaking out. Please ask any questions you have. Thanks in advance.

Maybe 2 hours ago? He only pooped once, it was sort of liquidy but looked otherwise normal.

You discharge on his nares - what does the inside of his beak look like?
Any bad odor to his breath?
If possible get some photos please.

I would make sure there's no blockage inside the beak. Discharge sounds like mucous, so maybe respiratory illness. Have you every had any illness in your flock before?

I would carefully hold up a cup of water and see if he will drink on his own since it sounds like he's struggling.

How did you treat last year?
Sounds like he's got a respiratory illness and you may want to start treating again.
I would still look inside the beak for canker or lesions.

Antibiotics. I looked inside his beak already, and didn’t see anything. I gave him antibiotics.
