it is pretty hard getting someone who wants to buy roosters..and when you do they normally just buy one..

yep i already separated them..I knew i had to many roosters for the hens i thought free ranging would be better and the roosters wouldn't mate with them as much but...I was watching them earlier and they proved me wrong....I think what the other posters are trying to tell you is, it would be better for those two hens to be with the one rooster and two hens. I strongly agree. If they haven't yet, those cockerels could run those girls ragged - gang breeding, not letting them eat, drink or dust bathe, and over breeding them. Please - get those two girls out of the rooster pen and put them with the other three. They'll have a much better life.

They sure did - good job! Once those cockerels hit breeding age, it can get ugly real fast for the pullets and hens.Oh,I said couple...there are actually 8 hens but they still needed to be moved...
